I somehow completely missed that the first week in December is National Cookie Cutter week! No idea if this is just in the US but I can never keep track of National pancake day or International funnel cake week, and not sure which shadowy cabal is in charge of making them up.
However Cookie Cutters have become one of my favorite hobbies in the last year, particularly custom made shapes, typically for board game related treats, but many of these double for a variety of uses. I’m still mastering the art of royal icing, but think you can definitely see a *slight* improvement since I started.
